At Tri-County Head Start, the goals of our agency are best served if we are community focused with the active participation of members of our community. We value the resources interns bring to our agency and want to ensure their experience is valuable for them personally, as well as professionally.
Interns are a valuable resource and they have the right to be treated as equal co-workers, the right to effective supervision, the right to full involvement and participation, and the right to recognition for work done.
Additionally, interns will have a planned professional experience that will either meet the goals of their program requirements and/or include an Educational Contract that defines the scope and work of their work with our agency.
